First maintainer-reviewed pass for SN17 (previously unreviewed, categories empty, no website/source-repo surfaces despite website_url/source_repo already being set). 404-GEN is a text/image-to-3D generation competition ("winner-stays-in" format): miners submit 3D generation solutions, validators run VLM-judged pairwise duels and Docker-image verification. Confirmed live: the official website, source repository, and the public competition-state repository (404-Repo/404-active-competition, distinct from the code repo, updated continuously with the current round/stage and leader history) that the source repo's own README describes as the auditable record of every competition decision. Added website + source-repo surfaces (missing despite the top-level fields already being set) and two new data-artifacts from the live competition-state repo.
